They took on a total refurbishment of our house while we were living in another city. We only made 5 site visits in 8 months and with just email and phone contact they delivered the project on-time, on-budget and beyond expectations.

The refurbishment could not have happened without them. They have decades of experience in the building trade, great communication skills and are craftsmen with a real affinity for the materials they use. They foresaw problems long before they arose; managed schedules with a keen eye for synergies; thought creatively about design; got excited about doing something new or challenging; were honest and transparent; managed people, the site and neighbours deftly; brought energy and drive to the project; were completely obsessed with finish, and expected excellence from themselves and everyone involved in the project. What astonished us was how enjoyable the whole experience was. This was our third large refurbishment and we were able to concentrate on the design because the scheduling, contractors, architect and planning department were managed for us.
